FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Information on a few things you may be thinking about

  • Yes, during the booking process, you will be prompted to pay a 50% deposit to secure your photoshoot. You will be required to pay the remaining balance no later than 1 day before your scheduled photoshoot.

    Failure to pay the final installment will result in your photoshoot being cancelled. You will have the option to reschedule with your original deposit payment.

  • Summerville, SC

  • Clients are responsible for props but I’m willing to help if possible! If it is more convenient for me to grab something for our shoot, I’m more than happy to.

    The plan relating to your props will be discussed during the booking process.

  • There is a grace period of 10 minutes after the scheduled time of the shoot. If client is not at the photoshoot location after the grace period has passed, the photoshoot is subject to be cancelled at photographer’s discretion with no refund owed.

  • Turnaround time is dependent on the package chosen, but clients are likely to receive their retouched images within 7 to 10 business days after they select the photos that they would like to have retouched.

  • The addition of people in the photoshoot increases the amount of retouching needed which can increase editing time by nearly 3 hours per photo.
