Holiday memories fade fast, but timeless portraits last forever. Book a Start With A Plan holiday portraits session for a, fun-filled photoshoot designed to make your annual family photo simple, stress-free, and magical. This year, SWAP is offering 3 backdrops for in-studio sessions, full sessions and home visit sessions.
Mini Sessions: 15-20 minute sessions split into 3 packages: Cozy Memories, Timeless Memories and The Classic Collection

Full Portrait Sessions or Family Sessions: If you would like a custom look, book your Christmas session as a portrait session or family session on the booking page (here).
Only select this option if you’re interested in a theme that differs from the holiday backdrop options. Please reach out before booking to confirm that your desired theme can be accommodated.
Home Visits: You’ve invested time into making your home beautiful for the holidays! Why not capture it? The SWAP experience can be brought to your home. Send an email to hello@elizabethrivers.co to coordinate a date/time and receive a custom quote based on your needs.

Please do not start the booking process until you are prepared to book. Session prices are public on this page.
Starting the booking process without completing it will cause the booking site to record a booking that does not exist.
Do not tap ‘propose’ if you are not prepared to complete the booking process with the payment of a 50% deposit, signing of a contract and completion of a questionnaire.

Need To Know Information
Studio’s Location:
2155 Northpark Lane Suite, 104 Charleston, SC. When you arrive, please use the front door entrance. This is the glass mirrored entrance that you see when you first approach the building.
Grace Period:
Due to the short and consecutive nature of the holiday sessions, there is not a grace period for lateness. Photographer will accommodate lateness only if time permits. Communication is key! Please communicate if you are running behind.
Wardrobe:
You are required to arrive to your photoshoot dressed in photoshoot wardrobe. There will not be time allowed for you or other participants to change clothes.
Studio Size & Guests:
In previous years, we had ample space to make holiday magic, but this year Start With A Plan is blessed to have a new home. While it’s small, it allows for beautiful memories to be captured! Unfortunately, this small space limits the amount of people that can participate in and attend sessions.
Please do not bring guests who are not participating in your photoshoot.
Unedited Photos:
Your photoshoot package does not include un-watermarked, unedited photos. By booking a photoshoot, you agree that you understand that you will not receive the unedited photos under any circumstance.
Your session fee includes, your session time, posing guidance, use of studio space, props and the editing required for the number of retouched/edited photos included in your package.
Additional retouched photos can be purchased for $21.20 each.
Turnaround Time:
After your session, you will receive a proofing gallery to select your favorite images for retouching. Once you submit your choices, your final hand-retouched gallery will be delivered within 7 business days.
Need them sooner? Rush Delivery (2 business days) is available for $50 and begins as soon as your photo selections are submitted.
